Working hours are Monday to Saturday 8 a.m. - 5.10 p.m.
✔️เจ้าหน้าที่สรรหาบุคลากร (Recruiter)
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
-สรรหาและคัดเลือกพนักงานตามความต้องการของแต่ละแผนก
-ลงประกาศรับสมัครงานผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น JobThai, Facebook ฯลฯ
-คัดกรองประวัติผู้สมัครเบื้องต้น และนัดสัมภาษณ์
-ประสานงานกับหัวหน้าแผนกในการจัดสัมภาษณ์
-จัดทำรายงานด้านการสรรหา และติดตามผลสัมภาษณ์
-งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
✔️เจ้าหน้าที่สรรหาแรงงานฝ่ายผลิต (Factory Worker Recruiter)
-สรรหาและคัดเลือกแรงงานฝ่ายผลิต ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของแต่ละไลน์การผลิต
-ประสานงานกับหัวหน้างานในไลน์ผลิตเพื่อรับข้อมูลจำนวนและคุณสมบัติพนักงานที่ต้องการ
-ใช้ช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น Walk-in, Facebook, เครือข่ายแรงงาน หรือบริษัทจัดหาแรงงาน เพื่อหาผู้สมัคร
-สรุปรายงานผลการสรรหาประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Have 1-2 years experience in human resource is preferred
- Good command of English.
- Good command of Chinese. (HSK5 Up)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadline
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
