Job Descriptions

Support Treasury Director in all aspects of cash management activities in an effective manner · Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations · Review and monitor the company’s treasury operations including daily cash flow forecast and cash management and assist in arrangement for banking facilities compliance to support the group financing operations · Maintain and update for all aspects of bank accounts (i.e. opening & closing bank accounts, authorized signatories updated) including master data under the group and ensure that the electronic banking is operated in a secured manner · Prepare any related documentation in relation to the group payments · Coordinate with banks and colleagues to ensure all required regulatory, accounting and financing compliance are met · Lead and review the team member to achieve goals and objectives and develop the knowledge and opportunity for team members

Qualifications

Bachelor degree of Finance, Accounting, Economic, or a related fiel
Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant working experience in corporate treasury or finance operations
(Experience working with multinational companies will be advantage)
Strong knowledge of banking, financing, and treasury management practices
Good command of English (Reading and Writing)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and ERP system (SAP is preferable)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-initiative, good business senses, attentive to details and a strong team player
