Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory, and facility upkeep to support efficient, patient-centered service.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coordinate clinic staff, including therapists, front-desk staff, and support personnel. Foster a positive, collaborative work culture that reflects KaaYa’s values.
Client Experience: Ensure a welcoming, comfortable environment for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Administrative Oversight: Oversee billing, record management, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Performance Tracking: Monitor clinic performance metrics, client feedback, and employee productivity to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining a secure, professional environment for clients and staff.
