We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Clinic Manager to lead our operations, ensuring seamless daily workflows, exceptional client experiences, and the highest standards of patient care. You’ll oversee team performance, coordinate scheduling, manage resources, and continuously enhance service quality. Your role is central to creating a supportive, professional environment aligned with KaaYa’s mission to provide credible, compassionate, and accessible wellness care. Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory, and facility upkeep to support efficient, patient-centered service. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coordinate clinic staff, including therapists, front-desk staff, and support personnel. Foster a positive, collaborative work culture that reflects KaaYa’s values. Client Experience: Ensure a welcoming, comfortable environment for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Administrative Oversight: Oversee billing, record management, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Performance Tracking: Monitor clinic performance metrics, client feedback, and employee productivity to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining a secure, professional environment for clients and staff. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร Experience: Minimum of 3 years in clinic, healthcare, or wellness management with proven leadership abilities. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficient in clinic management software and MS Office. Qualifications
  1. Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role, ideally in a healthcare, wellness, or hospitality setting.
  2. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with booking software is a plus.
  3. Languages: Proficiency in Thai; English skills are an advantage to communicate with our international clients.
  4. Personality Traits: Friendly, attentive, empathetic, and proactive, with a genuine interest in health and wellness.
