Job Descriptions- Act as a role model in work quality, discipline, and punctuality, creating a positive reputation for the branch.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including kitchen, customer service, ordering, and stock control.
- Coordinate with the team to maintain high food quality and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer service across all channels (in-shop, email, social media), building relationships and addressing complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Organize and oversee pop-up events, snack booths, and urgent event staff scheduling.
- Work closely with job coaches to support neurodivergent trainees in achieving their goals.
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
- Collaborate with the team to design promotions and loyalty schemes, enhancing the customer experience.
- Complete and submit necessary reports (timesheets, sales, invoices) to the accounting team monthly.
Hours: 8 hours/day (1-hour break), 6 days off/month Holiday: 10 days/ year after probation
Public Holiday: 14 days/year
