Job Descriptions
-Input all product database in company systems (SAP, CDMS, others)
-Coordinate with brand management team for product information and requirement
-Execute purchasing process both domestic and international
-Settle and follow up the payment
-Sourcing suppliers to meet company requirement
-Generate and review purchase contracts
- Coordinating with import team, warehouse and accounting team
-Other per assigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration or related field
- Chinese speaking and communication
- 3+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain
- Experience with supplier communication both local and oversea
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and edit Excel spreadsheets
- Familiarity with accounting software programs
