Job Descriptions

•Onboard new employee (Monitor sales objectives and results) •Collect feedback from both trainees and sales managers to help enhance the team’s growth and success. •Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses. •Create training programs that incorporate non sales training content in order to encourage development of other competencies and skills that can improve sales performance. •Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field (English or Education is a plus).
Open to all genders.
Good command of English. (Good understanding of both written and spoken)
Good personality, presentation, communication skills
Passion to sales / Used to be sales before. (used to be Sales Trainer is a plus)
Computer literate. (Knowledge of Microsoft Office and others)
