Job Descriptions
- Providing information and escalating the matter to the appropriate team.
- Taking care of incoming calls, to monitor all assistance required by the service maintenance system
- Handling complaints with a problem-solving skill
- Supporting an operation for daily tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Good command of English
- Work experience: customer service, contact center more than 3 months
- Able to work in shifts: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM (rotating shifts)
- Work 5 days a week, 2 days off (rotating days off)
