Job Descriptions
Your Role Will Include: •Delivering exceptional service to guests •Opening & closing of the store in One Bangkok •Supervising and motivating your team on a daily basis •Managing the work schedule & operations of staff & store •Managing of technical & sanitary condition of the store •Order management together with our suppliers •Human resource management, including hiring & training of staff •Taking care of daily operations according to the workflow designed by us •Fostering a friendly, positive atmosphere with both guests & workers What We Offer: •A friendly, supportive & energetic work environment •Competitive salary between 18-25k Baht per month •Reliable work schedule with 2 days off every week •One free PIMS drink from our menu per day •A stylish & cool PIMS uniform (shirt & pants) •Opportunities for career advancement & growth •The “worker of the month” (of your choice) gets a 3-5k extra bonus (yay!) •Additional incentives such as tip jar (all for you) & extra bonus depending on sales Join our PIMS family & make your mark in a company that values creativity, growth & connection!
Qualifications
  1. At least 1 year experience in a similar position (restaurant / store manager etc.)
  2. Very high level of proven service skills
  3. A neat & professional appearance
  4. A customer-first attitude with strong people skills
  5. Excellent communication & management skills
  6. Ability to think “outside of the box”
  7. Ability to manage, motivate & grow a team of skilled co-workers
  8. A willingness for creating a warm, inviting environment for workers & customers
