Job Descriptions
Oversee Daily Operations Supervise and manage the operations of all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance Ensure service delivery meets established standards Budget and Cost Management Plan and control the hotel’s operational budget in alignment with the real estate company’s goals Analyze revenue and expenses to optimize efficiency and profitability Enhance Guest Experience Address guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure maximum satisfaction Develop service standards to elevate the guest experience Team Management Train and develop the skills of staff across all departments Schedule staff shifts and evaluate team performance Coordination with Real Estate Division Collaborate with the real estate management team to align hotel operations with company strategies Provide operational reports and recommendations for property improvements Safety and Maintenance Oversight Monitor safety systems and ensure the hotel building is well-maintained Coordinate with the maintenance team to address structural or equipment issues
Qualifications
  1. Age 36 years and over
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  3. inimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or operations
  4. Excellent command of both Thai and English languages
  5. Strong skills in team management, financial oversight, and problem-solving
  6. Knowledge of real estate business and property management
