Job Descriptions
1. Operational Management: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of villa properties, ensuring that all properties meet the company's operational standards for cleanliness, maintenance, guest service, and overall experience. - Implement and maintain efficient operational processes and systems across all areas, including guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, and hotel inspections. - Ensure hotel are well-presented, stocked, and ready for guest arrival, maintaining a high standard of quality across all properties. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations, improving both guest and staff experiences. 2. Staff Management: - Supervise and manage operational staff, including housekeepers, maintenance teams, guest services staff, and other property personnel. - Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of staff. - Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all staff are up-to-date with operational standards and guest service protocols. 3. Guest Services and Experience: - Ensure exceptional guest service standards, handling any guest concerns or issues that arise during their stay. - Oversee the guest check-in/check-out process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. - Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement, responding promptly to complaints and suggestions. - Collaborate with the marketing and reservations teams to ensure high guest satisfaction and repeat bookings. 4. Property Maintenance and Inspections: - Oversee regular inspections and preventative maintenance for all hotel, ensuring that properties are in top condition and fully operational. - Coordinate and monitor repairs, renovations, and upgrades to properties as needed. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations, including fire safety, insurance requirements, and guest safety standards. - Maintain a system for tracking and addressing maintenance issues, working with maintenance.
Qualifications
  1. Age 36 years and over
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for education.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel rental management, property management, or luxury hospitality operations.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development and performance.
  5. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staffs
  6. Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and KPIs for operational performance.
