Job Descriptions
ออกแบบระบบบริหารผลการปฏิบัติงาน (Performance Management System - PMS) ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร ร่วมกับผู้บริหารและหัวหน้างานในการกำหนด Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) และ Competency Indicators ของแต่ละตำแหน่งงาน วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการประเมินผลการทำงานให้สามารถใช้งานได้จริง และเป็นธรรม พัฒนาเครื่องมือและระบบที่ใช้ในการติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน เช่น แบบประเมิน ระบบออนไลน์ ฯลฯ จัดอบรมและให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้บริหารและพนักงานในการใช้งานระบบ PMS อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สรุปและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผลการประเมิน เพื่อใช้ในการพัฒนาบุคลากร การปรับตำแหน่ง และการบริหารผลตอบแทน สนับสนุนงานพัฒนาองค์กร (Organization Development) อื่น ๆ เช่น Career Path, Succession Plan, Talent Management เป็นต้น ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ เพื่อสร้างวัฒนธรรมแห่งการพัฒนาและการบริหารผลการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลอย่างน้อย 5 ปี โดยเฉพาะในด้าน HRM และการทำเงินเดือน
  3. มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงาน ภาษี และประกันสังคม
  4. ทักษะการสื่อสารดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถแก้ปัญหาได้ดี
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและความรับผิดชอบสูง
