Develop a master project plan in collaboration with the CEO, plant manager, and project consultants, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Oversee vendor development and sourcing of specific organic inputs and ingredients for production.
Identify, anticipate, and resolve any issues related to the current plant, devising new plans as needed to address operational challenges.
Plan and implement energy-saving initiatives such as solar panels and other renewable energy sources to optimize plant efficiency.
Explore and evaluate biodegradable and eco-friendly packaging solutions to support the company's sustainability goals.
Finalize production capacity by aligning supply and logistics needs with equipment and space requirements.
Actively participate in supplier and contractor negotiations, preparing competitive bids and managing contractual documents.
Ensure seamless integration between plant design elements (e.g., energy consumption, cooling, heating) and production requirements, coordinating closely with architects and factory managers.
