Job Descriptions
•Review over all transaction for AP & AR part •Monthly accounts reconciliation for the companies •Amortize all prepaid expenses •Handle Retail Sales & Stock Balance •Verify sales commission for every team of company •Prepare management fee charged •Bill placement (consignment sales) •Issue credit note for promotion expenses from consignment sales •Other assignments (if any)
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
  2. A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting positions.
  3. Working experiences in retail or beauty/cosmetics or FMCG business is a plus
  4. Experiences in using SAP Business1 is a plus
  5. Able to work well under pressure, and a fast learner
  6. Can-do attitude
