Role & Responsibility
1. Strategic HR Management:
- Develop HR strategies to align with the company’s goals
- Design organizational structures that align with business goals
- Drive employee engagement and productivity
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Manage the recruitment process
- Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent
- Forecast staffing needs based on business objectives
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Develop positive and inclusive work environment
- Develop employee engagement strategies
- Organize employee events
- Develop recognition programs
- Manage employee conflicts in line with company policies
4. Performance Management:
- Develop performance appraisal systems
- Work with department heads to ensure employees receive constructive feedback and guidance
- Ensure effective career development and succession planning
5. Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop competitive compensation plans and benefit programs
- Conduct salary reviews, benchmarking, and ensure equity within the organization
6. HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Update policies as needed and communicate changes to staff
- Oversee the health and safety policies and practices
7. Training & Development:
- Identify training needs across the organization
- Develop learning and development programs
- Support career path development and mentorship initiatives
8. HR Data & Reporting:
- Manage HR metrics (turnover rates, absenteeism, etc.)
- Prepare regular reports for management on HR activities and performance
