Job Descriptions
Role & Responsibility
1. Strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies to grow revenue & market share
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
2. Market Expansion
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and target clients
- Lead the negotiation of contracts and partnerships with key clients and collaborators
- Monitor, analyze sales performance, recommend improvements to increase revenue
3. Marketing & Branding
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives
- Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media
- Manage content creation, advertising, and public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility
4. Lead & Pipeline
- Generate high-quality leads through inbound and outbound marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients and develop long-term relationships
- Analyze the lead conversion funnel to identify areas for improvement.
5. Market & Competitor
- Conduct competitive analysis to assess market positioning
- Analyze customer needs and industry trends to identify new business opportunities
6. Budget
- Develop and manage marketing and business development budgets
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and business development efforts to ensure a strong ROI
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize spending and resource allocation
7. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the marketing and business development team
- Coordinate with internal teams to align business and marketing strategies
- Manage third-party vendors to achieve marketing objectives
8. Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on marketing, sales pipeline, and business development
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior level
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role
- Proven ability to drive business growth and manage cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and lead generation techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
