Job Descriptions1.Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
2.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, ensuring timely and effective placement of candidates.
3.Support employee relations by providing guidance on HR policies, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
4.Lead talent management and development programs to ensure employee growth and retention.
5.Implement performance management processes and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
6.Handle and solve other HR-related issues
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Thai and English is essential, familiarity with Chinese is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Multi-tasked, and able to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
