Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for designing and developing innovative digital solution in logistic operation such as AGV or Automation-machine. 2. Coordinate with Warehouse Operation and IT to initiate Kaizen improvement. Including negotiated with Supplier for cost saving. 3. Monitor and maintain automation systems, troubleshooting issues and regular warehouse maintenance (check list, Spare part , Monthly report). And also, do Corrective and Preventive Maintenance for all Warehouse equipment. 4. Monitor and maintain supporting infrastructure related to IT: Security, Network and Server. 5. Develop and maintain documentation for automation systems and processes in compliance with all applicable standards 6. Able to travel and install Warehouse related equipment at Customer Site (Local) 7. Support warehouse activities; 5S and safety

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse automation and systems integration.
Proficiency with automation technologies and control systems.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, processes optimization, AI and machine learning.
Required experience with programming languages relevant to automation (e.g., Python, PLC programming).
Preferred experience with CAD software programs (e.g., AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks)
Ability to work collaboratively with WH operations, Facility, IT teams.
