This role emphasizes building strong supplier relationships, enhancing procurement strategies, and managing supply chain risks to support the company’s overall objectives. Job Responsibilities 工作職責: 1.制定並實施區域供應鏈策略，與跨功能團隊合作，優化成本、質量及交付表現。 2.管理供應商關係，包括談判、績效評估及風險管理。 3.與內部團隊（業務、區域運營）合作，達成採購成本目標並確保供應穩定。 4.識別並管理供應鏈風險並制定應急計劃。 5.推動採購流程的持續改進，專注於降低成本和提高運營效率。 6.確保所有供應鏈活動符合公司標準及法規要求。 7.領導並培養區域供應鏈團隊，促進專業發展並推動知識分享。 1. Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance. 2. Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, performance evaluations, and risk management. 3. Collaborate with internal teams (Business, Regional Operations) to achieve procurement cost targets and ensure a stable supply. 4. Identify and manage supply chain risks, and establish contingency plans. 5. Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, focusing on cost reduction and operational efficiency. 6. Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. 7. Lead and develop the regional supply chain team, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

5年以上供應鏈管理或相關領域的工作經驗，最好有包裝或製造業相關經驗。
在成本管理、供應商關係及供應鏈風險管理方面具有豐富經驗。
出色的談判、領導及溝通技巧。
良好的英文口語及書寫能力。
良好的泰文及中文口語能力
Over 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
.Strong experience in cost management, supplier relationships, and supply chain risk management.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
Good proficiency in Thai and Chinese (speaking)
