Job Descriptions
• ตรวจสอบและให้คำปรึกษา, เตรียมอุปกรณ์ และตั้งค่า support งาน O&M Monitor ของบริการ AIS wifi and enterprise service • บริหารจัดการ Job and Ticket ของบริการ AIS wifi and enterprise service • ทำรายงานความคืบหน้าหรือรายงานอื่นๆของบริการ AISwifi and enterprise service • Preventive, backup data, security access and maintenance Wireless Controller (AIS wifi & RMUTL WiFi) • RMUTL WiFi service support • Update work instruction for AIS wifi and enterprise service • On site Support (Get data and test service for optimize and fault analysis ) AIS wifi and enterprise service • 1st tier for internal complaint analysis and generate ticket both of AIS wifi and enterprise service • บริหารจัดการ DB ของ iGis ของลูกค้า AIS wifi and enterprise service • Support event & get data support (Client, Data Usage) Install and test • Support process change status (off service, temporary off service, on service) wifi • งาน ETS store management • Factory Rest ของ AP และ Access Switch spare part AIS wifi north(Support FE and store FE) • Update ข้อมูลลงใน Data Baseเช่น WiFi Project Document และ NMSDB เป็นต้น • งานอื่นๆ ที่มีความจำเป็นต้องดำเนินการจากการพิจารณาของผู้จ้าง
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 22-30 ปี
  2. มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเรื่อง Computer network เบื้องต้น
  3. จบการศึกษาอย่างน้อยวุฒิปตรีหรืออนุปริญญา สาขา ไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิค IT หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านคอมพิวเตอร์อย่างดี
  5. มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์
  6. สามารถเดินทางออกต่างจังหวัดได้
  7. ร่างกายแข็งแรงสามารถยกของหนักได้
  8. สามารถ พูด เขียน อ่าน ภาษาอังกฤษได้
  9. สามารถเขียนโปรแกรมหรือ applicationได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  10. Database skill : SQL , Oracle etc
  11. Microsoft skill : Excel (Macro) , PowerPoint etc.
  12. IP Network skill
  13. Database skill : SQL , Oracle etc
  14. Problem and solving skill
  15. Programming : VB , C# etc. (optional)
  16. Create Application for android / ios (optional)
