Job Descriptions
R&D Supervisor (Packaging Development) requirement
Responsibilities:
1. Lead to development of new packaging designs and technologies that align with company goals and consumer preferences.
2. Oversee the packaging development process, from initial concept through the final production.
3. Conduct CP-test for new packaging material or packaging for new product.
3. Support technical analysis, evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of packaging materials.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and supply chain to ensure packaging meets all requirement and schedule control.
5. Conduct research on packaging materials, trends, and sustainability practices to implement innovative solutions.
6. Manage relationships with external packaging suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
7. Ensure all packaging complies with regulations and global standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Development, Technology or related field.
- 2-5 year experience on packaging development.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and sustainability practices.
- Good project management skills.
- Good command in English.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams and deliver the best result.
- Problem solving skills.
