Job Descriptions
- To monitor and drive all sales activities of customers - Ensuring prospects are identified, targets are proper approached, and working through the sales pipeline to achieve the target - To maintain and update the most relevant customer information in systems - To regularly review customer portfolios with senior sales - To focus on customer engagement, retention, and reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration with senior sales - To align with the CS team when onboarding new customers
Qualifications
  1. Ability to communicate Chinese language fluently
  2. The ability to meet with customers off-site regularly
  3. Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work in any environment
  5. Self-driven
  6. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  7. Comfortable with regular data entry on a laptop
  8. Strong rapport and relationship-building focused
  9. Empowered to make quick decisions in response to changing conditions
