Job Descriptions

o Conduct daily inspections to control the dimensions of parts, using CMM machines or other tools, following inspection requests from the laboratory supervisor for either cycle checks or special checks. o Ensure that all assigned parts meet defined quality standards. o Assist in the preparation and updating of control plans. o Analyze dimensional results, identifying opportunities for quality improvement. o Manage assigned workload proactively, addressing any misalignments as needed. o Improve departmental efficiency in terms of time and cost. o Support supervisory staff in troubleshooting issues within the area or addressing dimensional discrepancies found. o Participate in project work and contribute to the development of new procedures. o Manage information flow to keep relevant personnel informed of quality issues. o Ensure proper management of quality documentation issued after each check. o Maintain 5S self-awareness in the area and for products to ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

A bachelor's or diploma a related field.
Ability to use CMM tridimensional machines such as ZEISS or others and understand the results of the reports.
Ability to read technical drawings 2D and understand key symbols, even for medium to high complexity designs.
Ability to use sampling quality inspection methods and basic dimensional measurement instruments.
Familiarity with other laboratory machines, such as durometers and roughness testers is a plus.
Ability to use Microsoft Office is a plus.
Ability to work in shifts is a plus.
