Job Descriptions
- be responsible for payroll and benefits management including tax, insurance, and SSO
- Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of salaries, bonuses, and other payments.
- Maintain and update employee payment records, including tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and any other relevant adjustments.
- Assist in on boarding and orientation processes for new hires
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Best knowledge of country HR business needs, company policy, local regulations, and HR regulations
- Proficient in MS Office and have good knowledge of relevant software
- Good command of both Thai and English or Chinese
