Job Descriptions
1. Take care of New Balance, Lululemon and other brands 2. Maintain the NB’s Supply chain collaboration (SCC) System and manage RMPO operation, Workflow for NB (Processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and handing returns or claims.) 3. Coordinating shipments and ensuring timely updates to clients. 4. Collaborating with Sales teams and other related teams to meet customer requirement.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in International Business, Logistics or related fields.
  2. 3-5 Years of experience in the customer service, sales or logistics field.
  3. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to analyze issues and provide solutions.
  5. Understanding of Import/Export documentation requirement and customs regulation.
  6. Proficiency in ERP Software and Microsoft office, Ability to handle multiple tasks.
