Job DescriptionsObjectives, Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily sales orders entry in the system
- Send the order acknowledge and customer confirmation to customer
- Coordinate with planning team to ensure the customer orders are meet the requirements
- Responsible to raise PO on traded goods to UK/USA and coordinate with factory site both UK and Ireland when required
- Track and report any issues related to customer orders on a regular basis
- Able to perform at the best ability, ensure to achieve services and quality levels and meeting KPIs.
- Ensure all activities align to support the delivery to meet OTIF
- Prepare invoice, receipt, COA and another document to support local customers
- Prepare proforma invoice to support customer when needed
- Keep the sales Tax invoice record to support financial team every end of the month
- Issue product launch form, keep record and create pack out for new item set up
- Support customer requirements
- To coordinate customer complaints and correspondence to internal and external customers/suppliers
- To represent the interest of the Customer within the Synergy organization
- Keep the record of sample requirement from commercial team which produce by production team
- Able to recognize problems and report or consult with line manager for solutions
- Performed other tasks as assigned
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Management / Supply chain / Business Administration or related filed
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer service, administration and Supply chain
- Good communication in English language
- Basic computer knowledge / skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Hard working/ Enthusiastic
- Cooperativeness
- Good Service Mind
- Work well under pressure
