Job Descriptions
1. ทำการตรวจสอบขนาดและทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ เช่นความยาว เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง ความกลม ความโค้งงอ ทดสอบค่าความต้านทานแรงดึง โดยใช้เครื่องมือที่มีความแม่นยำ เช่น ไมโครมิเตอร์, เวอร์เนียร์, ไดอัลเกจ เครื่องทดสอบแรงดึงและอื่นๆ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าตรงข้ามข้อมกำหนด 2. ดำเนินการตรวจสอบเกี่ยวกับการตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบรับเข้า ตรวจสอบในระหว่างกระบวนการและ ตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปรวมถึงรับผิดชอบในการบ่งชี้สถานะของผลิตภัณฑ์เกี่ยวกับการแสดงการตรวจสอบและทดสอบ 3. ใช้สายตาในการตรวจสอบลักษณะทั่วไปของผลิตภัณฑ์อ้างอิงชิ้นงานตัวอย่างและเกณฑ์การตัดสินใจอื่นๆ 4. รายงานปัญหาคุณภาพหรือ สิ่งผิดปกติที่พบต่อหัวหน้างาน วิศวกรหรือผู้จัดการและ ติดตามเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการดำเนินการแก้ไข 5. ทำการตรวจสอบและดูแลรักษาเครื่องมือวัดและทดสอบ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเครื่องมืออยู่ในสภาพดี เหมาะสมพร้อมใช้งาน 6. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 23-28 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ม.6, ปวช, ปวส
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านQA 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดต่างๆได้ เช่น ไมโครมิเตอร์ เวอร์เนียคาลิปเปอร์ เป็นต้น
  5. มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ กระตือรือร้นในการทำงานและรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
  6. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถเข้ากับเพื่อนร่วมงานได้ดี
