Job DescriptionsResponsibilities:
- Strategize, plan, implement national marketing plans to ensure the plan is executed accordingly.
- Work closely with dealers nationwide and guide dealers on marketing activities to improve performance.
- Review dealers’ digital channel to ensure that the guideline is followed and aligned.
- Provide strategic guidelines on the effectiveness of marketing, digital, advertising and communications programs.
- Drive all PR strategies and activities in line with regional direction. Nurture the long-term brand image and ensure the business objectives are met locally.
- Collect and analyst marketing data/results, identify problems, and propose countermeasures for improvement continuously.
- Closely monitor dealers’ marketing activities (both BTL and ATL) at dealer level, observe the dynamic marketing trend to adjust the marketing plans with data backing index.
- Collaborate with sales team to analyze key sales KPIs (Walk-in, Test-Drive, and conversion ratio) to establish the gaps and identify the solutions.
- Conduct dealers visit, spot check and audit at showrooms, roadshows, and other marketing activities.
