Job Descriptions
Job Accountabilities •Coordinate with both internal departments to gather and create a sales and marketing database for efficient sales planning. •Provide support and conduct preliminary data analysis by verifying data accuracy and credibility, ensuring management has reliable information for decision-making, sales strategy formulation, and business channel development. •Collect data from sales personnel to prepare weekly/monthly sales forecast reports. •Develop creative methods for data presentation to ensure clarity or utilize techniques to improve database development. •Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors (if any).
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Information Technology or a related field.
  2. 2 years of experience in sales, coordination in the logistics business, and business data analysis.
  3. Ability to work well under pressure and resolve issues promptly to meet deadlines.
  4. Skill in Excel ,Power BI
  5. Experience in SAP
  6. Good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude towards sales and customer service, and a constructive mindset
  7. Strong communication and coordination skills.
