- ต้อนรับ อำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ ให้กับลูกค้า
- จัดทำทะเบียนประวัติลูกค้า
- ให้ข้อมูลบริการต่าง ๆ ของทางคลินิก
- ติดต่อประสานงานทั่วไป
- ตรวจเช็ค และเก็บเงินค่าใช้บริการ
- สรุปยอดการให้บริการและยอดขายประจำวัน
- รับนัดลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์
- ควบคุม และคีย์ระบบสต็อกยา
Qualifications
- ทุกเพศ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ม. 6 ขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม Ms Office เน้นโปรแกรม Ms Excel เป็นหลัก
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี บุคลิกภาพดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการ
- มีทักษะในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- มีระเบียบวินัย ซื่อสัตย์
- มีความรับผิดชอบต่องาน
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงในตำแหน่งงานหรืองานที่ใกล้เคียงไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
