Job Descriptions

• Manage and control all process as production area such as production plan, Manpower plan, maintenance machine, solve problem, training your subordinate, etc. • Communicate with clients and make relationship as QAQC parts • Strategy business plan as whole company future with Japanese Manager (have Interpreter) • Training and support your subordinate especially production area • Report and discuss with Japanese Manager • Other working job assign by Japanese manager and Thai factory Manager Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Amata City Rayong Working Hour: 8:00-17:15(Mon - Fri)

Qualifications

Age 53-59 years
Male
High School
At least 8-10 years’ experience as Production or manufacturing area, any other department manager level in Automobiles parts
Have willingness to career up to "Plant manager"
Conversational low to middle level of English
Strong mental for under high pressure and good communication with all factory members
Work in Plastics injection Mold parts company is preferable.
Not job hopper (At least 3 years’ experience in each company) is preferable.
Work in middle size company around 100-200 employees is preferable.
Any Japanese language is advantage.
