Job Descriptions

Working hours : Mon- Fri 09.00-18.00 Main task: •Inventory planning, forecasting, and executing ordering process to support the smooth and efficient operation of completed goods and parts •Monitoring outstanding PO and managing backorder with source factories and PDCs. •Coordinate with 3PL for inbound and warehousing operations Duties and responsibilities: •Material master creation, maintenance, and price update in system •Issue purchase order and monitoring outstanding PO’s. (internal M&M Group and external supplier). •Working with 3PL to manage proper inbound logistics (import customs clearance, inbound transportation, and warehousing). •Create Goods Receipt (GR) and pass supplier invoice to AP for payment process •Perform on Material replenishment, Fulfillment factor, ROP, Safety Stock, Inventory Level, Inventory turn ratio. •Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, and Marketing team for demand and stock planning, and promotion. •Handling of stock adjustment according to stock count including scrap. •Monitor slow moving inventory and cleanup on a yearly basis. •Coordinate with supplier of non-conforming transaction. •Perform on Operating planning and reporting related on Inventory management. •Support and ensure to meet the KPI’s Business unit. •Process claim for inbound receiving •Manage 3PL’s KPIs to meet the business needs •Annual stock count Benefits: •Bonus •Health Insurance

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in Parts Operations, Logistics, Warehousing, 3PL management roles
Working experiences in Farm equipment/Machinery/Automotive industry.
Knowledge of Thai and English languages is required.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, controls, forecasting
