Job Descriptions
1.Sourcing various materials/suppliers to supply as required. 2.tendering process, evaluated commercial bids, and negotiated prices. 3.Processing and tracking all special requests to expedite the purchase of raw materials. 4.Working with suppliers to arrange for the receipt, inventory status, and return of rental materials and equipment. 5.Checking/reviewing open Purchase Order (PO) files on a regular basis to ensure that materials are delivered, and purchase orders are closed out. 6.Managing Purchase Order (PO) close-out activities. 7.Whenever possible, materials should be purchased from local sources in Thailand. 8.Ensure data correctness and document readiness for audits.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree related fields.
  2. Having 3-5 years of working experience
  3. Has strong Sourcing skills and Negotiation skills to engage with suppliers and secure lower costs for company.
  4. Has English skills to for communicate
  5. Has good attitude.
