Job Descriptions
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for a global electronics manufacturing organization. This role will work closely with an expatriate manager to ensure a high-performance work environment and a cohesive team culture across the 350-person organization. The HR Manager will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, supporting talent development, and ensuring compliance with global and local HR policies. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. - Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent, working with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient process. - Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering an open and inclusive environment. - Oversee performance management processes, including regular appraisals and feedback sessions. - Identify and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth. - Manage and optimize compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation. - Provide HR metrics and reports to the expatriate manager and senior management to support decision-making.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  2. At least 8 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry
  3. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
  5. Proven ability to manage change and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
