Job Descriptions
• Providing service solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
• Responsible for sales revenue and forecasting.
• Handling customer queries, offering product and service advice, and providing solutions.
• Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Visiting customers for product and service/solution presentations.
• Supervising and managing service staff to ensure services meet standards and requirements.
• Process improvement and procedures development to encourage for working results efficiency and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in Sales Engineer and related fields.
- Good Team player with high working integrity.
- Good command of English skills.
- Quick response with excellent decision-maker.
- Excellent discipline and accountability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Have own car with driving license.
