Job Descriptions
• Manage all loan agreements of the company
• Oversee digital law-related matters to support electronic loan transactions
• Handle procurement-related contracts (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, tax laws)
• Manage tasks related to data protection laws, including data transfer agreements
• Coordinate with external law firms for tasks beyond items 1-4
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in legal work.
- Proficient in reading, writing, drafting, and reviewing contracts in English.
- Basic knowledge of PDPA laws.
- Experience in legal work related to lending businesses, banks, non-banks, or similar fields.
- lawyer license is a plus.
