- Develop and implement project plans - Manage project budgets and timelines - Oversee construction activities - Ensure quality and compliance with building codes and regulations - Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors - Resolve project issues and conflicts - Report project progress to management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale construction projects and restaurant renovation within shopping malls.
Proficiency in construction software such as Auto CAD, Microsoft Project, and 3D modeling programs.
Intermediate level of English proficiency.
Certified safety officer supervisory or management level.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
