Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: • Adherence to all applicable food safety standards and guidelines is a fundamental aspect of our operations. • Responsible on reporting of any incidents related to food safety to superiors, ensuring swift and effective response mechanisms are in place. • Work closely with production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of quality processes into the overall manufacturing workflow. • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications. • Collaborate with regulatory affairs to address and resolve quality-related issues. • Design and implement quality control systems to monitor and maintain product quality throughout the production process. • Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials. • Establish and enforce quality standards, specifications, and inspection procedures. • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by initiating and leading projects aimed at enhancing overall process efficiency and product quality. • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions. • Investigate and analyse production issues or defects to identify root causes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. • Provide training to production personnel on quality control procedures and best practices. • Foster a culture of quality consciousness and responsibility among team members • Conduct internal and external audits to assess adherence to quality standards. • Coordinate with relevant authorities during external inspections.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree or certification in quality management is a plus especially in FSSC22000 certification.
  2. Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
  3. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and quality management systems.
  4. With analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Experience with root cause analysis methodologies.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
