Job DescriptionsMain Responsibilities :
Develop and implement retention campaigns to increase usage frequency and loyalty.
Plan and execute effective retention activities, including membership platform, database, social media, display advertising and other customer touchpoints.
Work collaboratively with crossed-functional team to deliver effective action plans.
Create and generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights into customer behavior and trends.
Track and report campaign performance against sales target / forecast and analyze for campaign improvement.
Provide competitor analysis on member offering and campaigns by identifying market trends, consumer voice, price / business models and sales.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products, service, and the overall customer experience.
