Job Descriptions- Understand consumer and data insight and design and drive LSM (Local Store Marketing)strategy with the goal to increase sales and visit Frequency in specific partners,provincial and regional sales.
- Plan and execute all LSM marketing,including database,email,social media,store experience and display advertising campaigns.
- Provide competitor analysis on LSM offerings and campaigns by identifying market trends,customer voice,pricing/business models and sales.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Track sales and campaign performance against target/forecast and analyze for future action plan.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team,Operation team to monitor feedback and make campaign improvements.
Measure and report performance of all campaign and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends ans insights,and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Build teamwork with internal cross-funtional team for effective project management.
- Carry out any other assignments assigned by supervisor.
