Job Descriptions• Provide technical support for the installation, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment on site
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
• Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
• Monitor and create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet service deadlines.
• Evaluate daily service operations and monitor work progress.
Qualifications - Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical/ Electronic with Software elements
- Has a basic understanding in system, electrical or electronics design, automation, development
- Understanding or knowledge of verification and validation principles, methods and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in electrical systems and lighting technologies, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
