Job Descriptions
- Identify the printing issue and deep dive the root cause analysis in order to initiate the improvement action and overcome the problem with quality control plan. - Lead and supervise the floor operation people (Pressman, ink technician, Shopfloor, leader, Supervisor) for root cause analysis and improvement structures. - Contribute in Improvement projects related to production performance through cross- functional culture with self-motivation. - Support quality improvement by provide / conclude / consolidates solutions to close quality issue with 8D roadmap. - Create solid solution to improve production performance by lean and Six Sigma concept.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology or a related field.
  2. Experienced in process or printing process at least 3 years in the field of process or production. Experienced or contributed as a team leader in product development or process improvement.
  3. Role player as team leader of production performance improvement.
  4. Skillful o computer programs such as MS Excel , Power point , Word , Navision ,SPSS, Minitab, Aced, etc.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving techniques.
  6. Good command of written and spoken in English.
