Job Descriptions•Review and verify shipping documents including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing list, form E, and others.
• Compare for the best freight cost in term of the price with the acceptable supporting service.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to arrange for timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and ensure that all documentation is filed properly.
• Cooperate with the warehouse and related parties in each process of working
• Manage any issues that arise during the shipping process, such as customs holds or delays in delivery.
• Trace and track shipments with Air or Ocean liners and overseas branches to ensure smooth operations
• Responsible for resolving any issues related to import documentation, such as missing or incorrect documentation.
• Issue PO. The part items to support sales team.
• Do the payment approval document (TT, LC) with incoming quality report of the requested pay shipment.
• Summarize the landed cost for finance team each shipment.
• Prepare relate document to submit and dealing with TISI license process.
• Take on additional assignments as required to meet the company’s needs
