Job Descriptions
* Operate machinery such as CNC milling,HSM, EDM, Wire cut, Grinding, CMM and Laser welding
machines to manufacturing mold components. * Tool repair and new spare part manufacturing: Coordinate with teams leader to prioritize repair tasks
based on production schedules and requirement.. * Work according standard: Compliance with safety protocols, process flow and procedures to maintain
a safety working environment for all team member and addressing any issued or improvement. * KPI tracking : Support Utilization tacking, Man hours tracking and addressing any issued or
improvement. * Participate 14Q activities, safety and LPC line walk. * Support internal audits, ensuring the establishment of a schedule in compliance with ISO 14001, ISO
45001, IAF 16949 and the System CIP.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma / Bachelor of Machine Tool Technology, Tool & die. Mold injection.
  2. Basic English (spoken and written)
  3. Basic problem-solving skill.
  4. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  5. Experience in Tool & Die, Molding tools, spare parts & jig fixture manufacturing
  6. Ability to operate CNC milling.
  7. Ability to operate Laser Welding.
  8. Ability to operate Wire cut.
  9. Ability to operate EDM forming.
  10. Understanding mechanical drawing.
  11. Acknowledge in Mechanical drawing.
  12. Ability to use 3D CAD Nx, VISI, Inventor, Solid work.
