MES System Maintenance Technician

Job Descriptions
1 daily MES maintenance and support
2 system configuration and maintenance,
3 system monitoring,
4 user support,
5 troubleshooting, permissions management, and documentation upkeep.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in everyday office software
- Basic understanding of Windows operations with some troubleshooting ability
- Preferred experience in information system maintenance within a manufacturing environment or in IT support roles
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of following standardized procedures
- Experience in maintaining manufacturing systems such as MES, WMS, ERP
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in basic Chinese communication is a plus
