Job Descriptions
1. Creatinhg an exceptional dining experience for customers and effectively addressingmtheir needs and complaints.
2. Recruiting,training and mamaging the food and beverage team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
3. Developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract customer, aslso planing and mamaging special events
4. coordination with other departments like kitchen, finance and marketing to ensure smooth and efficient oparations.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in the F&B industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Abillity to effectively manage teams, plan and coordinate vetween different departments
- Knowledge of food and beverage
- Problem-solving abilities
