Job Descriptions· Organization Management: Arranging appointment for Department Director, arranging regular department meetings and additional meetings as required, producing meeting agenda and meeting minutes
· Co-ordinate work with HR team: Process in attendance system, GHAE system. Planned and arranged internal activities such as team building, traditional and special activities, staff party, training workshops etc.
· Team coordinator: Assist team in general operation work ex. making business name card, order gifts for customer. Documents Achieve process, take care of team documents, order form etc. Design and prepare gift for customer in every festival.
