Job Descriptions
ㆍ Responsible for overall performance and efficiency of team (15 - 30 persons)
ㆍ Motivate and strategize how to optimize productivity and efficiency of team to
consistently achieve target
ㆍ Ensure that agency is performing its duties and responsibilities well
ㆍ Control and set the KPls of team member for both quality and quantity
ㆍ Provide coaching and act as intermediary within the organization
ㆍ Participate in job interviews to select new members
ㆍ Be a consultant within the agent level team, attend meetings with customers
ㆍ Provide reports and present team performances weekly.
Qualifications
- English with B2 level and above.
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a contact centre environment as a Team Manager.
- Experience in team management and coaching.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
