As a Graphic Design Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing department,
responsible for creating visually appealing designs that enhance our brand image and engage our
target audience. You will work closely with the marketing team, including the Marketing Manager,
to conceptualize and produce various design materials for both digital and print platforms. Your
designs will support our marketing campaigns, packaging, promotional materials, and other visual
elements that strengthen our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
· Graphic Design: Develop and execute visually compelling designs, adhering to brand guidelines, for
various marketing collaterals, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, menus,
social media graphics, website assets, email newsletters, and signage.
· Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand identity across all
platforms and materials, reinforcing our unique positioning and messaging.
· Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to
completion, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
· Design Coordination: Coordinate with external design agencies or freelancers, as necessary, to
meet specific project requirements, ensuring their work aligns with our brand guidelines and
creative vision.
· Photography and Image Editing: Assist in the coordination and execution of product photo shoots,
including styling, editing, and retouching images for use in marketing materials.
· Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design
techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovative concepts to the team.
· Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing,
operations, and product development, to ensure design requirements are met and projects are
aligned with overall business objectives.
· Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading of designs, ensuring accuracy,
consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before final delivery.
