Job Descriptions
• Welcome, greet and take care guests or visitors in the professional service
• Handle, screen and transfer incoming calls correctly and professionally
• Receive and distribute incoming mails
• Advice and sell Divana products to client
• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 3 years experiences in receptionist or customer services
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill and service mind
- Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command in English (If can communicate Chinese or Russian is plus)
- Can work at Phuket (Thailand)
