Job Descriptions
Handle import-export process and Coordinate with concerns, customers in overseas
Be a business Development and Create good relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal functions
Provide advice and information to customers and suppliers for new products, prices, quality, and services
Operate and follow up ordering process, delivery process, quality controlling, and quality settlement.
Cooperate with the warehouse and related parties in each process of working
Operate under Superior’s command and Company regulation, collaborated in Sections, Departments, Company Special activity
Advise working process and share knowledge with subordinates for achievement on target
Make monthly summary sales and forecast analysis from suppliers as business-assigned
Perform sea freight booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by the product.
Verify document in the scope of sea export (Creating a draft of shipping instructions, verifying B/L, and sending B/L to customer)
Create and Confirm transport orders to Ensure pick up of the shipment at the origin.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Economics or any related fields.
- At least 3-4 years experience in Import-Export Operations.
- Have Experience of import-export in BOI business.
- Good command of English both spoken and written. (communicate with oversea suppliers)
- Good attitude with communication skills
- Good in Microsoft office
- Strong Analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Has experience working in a free zone area.
