Job Descriptions
1. Manage for sales document such as issue invoice/ export document including delivery process.
2. Handle order processing and coordination, ensuring smooth and timely freight movements for Chinese clients.
3. Assist to Export Sales Manager.
4. Prepare accurate export documents to meet regulatory requirements and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Female age 22-30 years old.
- Bachelor degree, Major in International Business / Marketing/ Logistics Management,English or a related field.
- Good English or Chinese communication skills.
- 0-5 years of experience in sales coordinator, sales support, export process.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office), able to use technology to help work creatively.
- Have own car and driving license.
- Can working 6 days per week.
